How I Work
I review the available information and documents, assess your protection needs in Türkiye, and define the right strategy before any application is filed.
I conduct the necessary searches and checks to ensure a smooth application process, prepare all required documents, and handle filing via UPOV PRISMA or paper filing. I manage all communications with local and foreign authorities, monitor stages of the DUS report, follow publications in the Plant Varieties Bulletin and keep you informed, arrange importation of testing materials where necessary, and submit counter-statements in the event of any opposition.
I manage the issuance process of the original Certificate of Registration and ensure its safe delivery to your address. I handle all ancillary petitions as required, including corrections, change of denomination, licensing, transfer of rights, and change of applicant name or address. I send annuity reminders well in advance and take all necessary renewal actions promptly upon your approval.
